Return Period

You may return your item within 30 days from the date you received it. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund unless required by law.

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be delivered with the original packaging, tags, and included accessories

• Be approved for return by our customer service

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Return an Item

Contact us:
Send an email to support@alvobutik.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Follow the instructions:
We will reply with return instructions and a return shipping label if needed.

Pack the item:
Pack the item securely in its original box or bag, including all accessories such as manuals or tags.

Send it back:
Attach the return shipping label and drop off the package at the shipping location specified in our email.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective:
We cover the return shipping cost.

If you have changed your mind:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. This also applies if you ordered the wrong item, have sizing issues, or simply no longer want the item.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the condition of the item. If everything is in order, we will issue the refund within 7 business days. The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
